Personal data will be stored:

• for the duration of the contract and after its termination – to the extent required by law,
• for the period necessary to achieve the objectives resulting from the legitimate interests of the Controller, including direct marketing – until consent is withdrawn or an objection is raised.

Voluntary data provision

The provision of personal data is voluntary, but essential for the conclusion and performance of the contract and the fulfilment of the legal obligations incumbent on the Controller.

Data processing

Your personal data shall not be subject to profiling and shall not be processed in an automated mannerthat would result in decisions with legal effect.
