What does a comprehensive design documentation include?
Analysis of the investor's needs and objectives
We start with a thorough understanding of the project objectives, location, technical conditions and the investor's expectations. At this stage, we conduct preliminary consultations and identify potential limitations and opportunities for the planned investment project. We jointly determine the scope and directions of activities.
Project concept
We create preliminary visions of the facility or installation, which form the basis for further design work. The concept may also serve as a starting point for the assessment of the technical and financial feasibility of the project.
Construction project
We prepare the complete project documentation required to obtain the building permit. The documentation includes, among others:
- Industry-specific projects (architecture, construction, sanitary installations, electrical installations, HVAC and others)
- Opinions, expert reports, agreements with network operators
- Formal and legal aspects in accordance with applicable regulations
Executive project
We prepare detailed technical documentation enabling implementation of the investment in accordance with the assumptions and schedule. The detailed design is the key tool at the implementation stage – it enables the contractor to precisely reproduce the design project assumptions and minimises the risk of errors.
